This way it enhances the name of your business and stick in the top of the mind of your set target market. Therefore it’s important to decide on a theme and colour as soon as possible and you will start building your reputation.
Previously dental practices have produced patient information leaflets primarily to meet regulatory requirements in written form for the lowest cost. As the market has changed and private practices experience more competition, the focus of these leaflets has changed to portraying the right image that you want your practice to have.
You need to be focussed and show what you stand for and what you want to offer your clients. Clients are willing to pay more for brand products and services, because the perceived value and quality of brand products are always higher.
Branding gives buyers confidence and the psychological benefits such as a feeling of affluence and a feeling of being special or beautiful. If you can create the right brand, people will be willing to pay more, because you make their decisions easier. Be aware not to be branded with dental emergencies, abscesses and tooth ache.
It is always good to use a collection of logos, very closely related to improvement in health and lifestyle, due to dental treatment carried out by your practice. Keep repeating these logos on cards, newsletters, emails, direct mail, staff clothing, advertisements and web sites.
Your chosen brand needs to be expressed in a few words or phrases to show your quality and values and can be part of your logo. Your brand identity will help patients understand who you are and what they can expect from you.
