http://www.dental-marketing-wizard.com/goldmineDental marketing can be either basic (external or internal), advanced, or the latest and hottest strategies. Naturally the latter will give you the edge, but the basics need to be in place first. The sooner you get your marketing strategies in place, the sooner you will reap the benefits and be ready waiting for the changes to happen, as this will only mean more patients, more money and even better lifestyle.
You will probably find that you have most of these dental marketing strategies already in place and find some controversial, but applying them correctly (even just one new strategy) will improve practice performance. The source of your entire future success lies in marketing your practice. It is said that the secret of effective business is to do one thing better than your competitors.
Remember life is a journey of learning, and a passion for excellence will drive your practice to levels of success you would never have dreamed of!

Again, not an economical viable decision if it’s the only pillar of dental marketing. You will always get beaten on price if this is your approach! Never underestimate the value of your services. Rather position yourself for the services you want to provide, according to the needs in your demographical area and let your patients know that you are providing an excellent standard of dental care and services. This will lead to more appreciative patients that are willing to pay higher fees.
Dentists always believe that their clinical expertise will drive the patients to their surgeries and the odd leaflet and Yellow Pages advert will secure hordes of patients. Absolutely the right way of thinking if you are practising in isolation with no competition.
However, if you have dentists in your area that are really on the ball with the latest dental marketing techniques and strategies, you are in serious trouble! That’s why you need, not only to be the best clinical dentist around, but also the best dental marketer to stay ahead and to counteract these threats you have to find more ways of adding value to your services.
