http://www.dental-marketing-wizard.com/goldmine‘Framing’is a very aggressive and ‘sneaky’ way of marketing, but very effective. Framing is the way where you get yourself and your practice associated with celebrities and famous and well known people. See http://www.ProAdSense.com.
Firstly, you need to pick the right functions or events that take place within the geographical catchment area of your practice. Check that local VIPs will be present and arrange your presence in their close vicinity. Ask to meet with them and have your photo taken with them when the local press is available. Remember to supply your details to the press.
Keep repeating above technique until people start associating you as the dentist that hangs out with celebrities and possibly treats them. So, people actually frame you with them and will rather prefer to be associated with you!
At the same time, you are accumulating an album of photos to use on your websites, reception area and promotional newsletters and you are having fun marketing.
If you already have celebrities as patients and they are happy, even better. Offer them discounted treatment or even free treatment in exchange of photos and testimonials. Explain to them that you will use them as role models for your patients. Place these photos and testimonials in strategic high visibility areas in you reception.
This is very powerful stuff and you need to have the courage to market this way, but it can be very rewarding on long term. The more you surround yourself with successful people, the greater your success.

The Hidden Goldmine In Your Practice Is Waiting To Be Released-Market For Success!

http://www.dental-marketing-wizard.com/goldmineRemember success is all about marketing and marketing begins by vying for new clients. Patients are prospects(leads) the first time and only become your clients on case acceptance. Like any other business you need sales to become profitable and in the dental profession sales equals case acceptances. To attract these clients you need to have the right tools. (advertising) These lead capturing tools can either be off-line or on-line and some are even more effective when combined and used in advanced marketing.
Basic advertising via leaflets, referrals, newspapers and Yellow Pages will only bring a minimal to no return on investment if you copycat other practices. This advertising is dead.
People get so covered with junk mail, television and media adverts that they ignore this type of advertising. You need to keep testing and monitoring what is working or not working, as this is the only way to get a return for your investment. Again’advertising is dead!
But’long live advertising! If’you know to apply it correctly! See http://www.ProAdSense.com. In these days you cannot afford to be complacent and think that everything will be OK, because then your competitors will take over.

The Hidden Goldmine In Your Practice Is Waiting To Be Released-You Need To Brand It!
Posted on September 20th, 2008 7 commentsThe Hidden Goldmine In Your Practice Is Waiting To Be Released-You Need To Brand It!

http://www.dental-marketing-wizard.com/goldmineBranding is very important, because patients need to pick up the connection between your practice, logos, services and sites. This way it enhances the name of your business and stick in the top of the mind of your set target market. Therefore it’s important to decide on a theme and colour as soon as possible and you will start building your reputation.
Previously dental practices have produced patient information leaflets primarily to meet regulatory requirements in written form for the lowest cost. As the market has changed and private practices experience more competition, the focus of these leaflets has changed to portraying the right image that you want your practice to have.
You need to be focussed and show what you stand for and what you want to offer your clients. Clients are willing to pay more for brand products and services, because the perceived value and quality of brand products are always higher.
Branding gives buyers confidence and the psychological benefits such as a feeling of affluence and a feeling of being special or beautiful. If you can create the right brand, people will be willing to pay more, because you make their decisions easier. Be aware not to be branded with dental emergencies, abscesses and tooth ache.
It is always good to use a collection of logos, very closely related to improvement in health and lifestyle, due to dental treatment carried out by your practice. Keep repeating these logos on cards, newsletters, emails, direct mail, staff clothing, advertisements and web sites.
Your chosen brand needs to be expressed in a few words or phrases to show your quality and values and can be part of your logo. Your brand identity will help patients understand who you are and what they can expect from you.

Dental Marketing Strategies

Copyright©Andre Niemand
http://www.dental-marketing-wizard.com/goldmineThe negative press on the failings of the NHS and the increase in television makeovers are pushing elective dentistry into the mainstream and opens up a world of opportunity. Targeting these markets can be very rewarding.
The budget for marketing in general dental practice is on average 8-10% of turnover and if it is in a growth phase, 10-13%. In periods of so-called recession you will need to up this to increase your visibility.
Dental marketing can be grouped as:
Basic (external or internal)
Advanced
Latest or hottest cutting edge. The latter will allow you to leap-frog ahead of all other practices and destroy competition and eliminate any fear of recession. These days, it is not a case of being pro-active to get the edge over the competition; you need to be pro-active just to keep up. These are the most up to date marketing techniques that lead to high conversion rates and getting in early, give you the edge. The marketing strategies are really focussing on educating patients to make the right decisions. Secondly, you will try to get out as much as possible as quickly as possible from your marketing effort.
You need to write down your goals and specify exactly what you want to achieve on an annual base, for example:
1.How much do you want to nett this coming year?
2.What is the gross needed to achieve this? Expenditure list.
3.How many patients are needed to achieve this?
4.What kind of patients do you want? Breakdown niches.
5.How many big case acceptances are needed? Set down limit.
6.External and internal marketing budget allocations?
7.Track your results on monthly basis!
8.Plan income surges when on holidays.
9.Do not copy others, you will only get the same results. So, be different and see your practice as a growing investment and track your ROI.(Return on investment)About the Author:
