<p>The Pay Per Click Advertising Model Can Attract The Right Clients Quicker</p>

<p>Pay per click (PPC) is an advertising model used on search engines, advertising networks, and content websites/blogs, where advertisers only pay when a user actually clicks on an ad to visit the advertiser&#8217;s website. Advertisers bid on keywords they predict their target market will use as search terms when they are looking for a product or service.</p>
<p>When a user types a keyword query matching the advertiser&#8217;s keyword list, or views a page with relevant content, the advertiser&#8217;s ad may be shown. These ads are called a &#8220;Sponsored link&#8221; or &#8220;sponsored ads&#8221; and appear next to or above the &#8220;natural&#8221; or organic results on search engine results pages, or anywhere a web master/blogger chooses on a content page.</p>
<p>PPC engines can be categorized into two major categories &#8220;Keyword&#8221; or sponsored match and &#8220;Content Match&#8221;. Sponsored match displays your listing on the search engine itself whereas content match features ads on publisher sites and in newsletters and emails.</p>
<p>When a user searches for a particular word or phrase, the list of advertiser links appears in order of the amount bid. Keywords, also referred to as search terms, are the very heart of pay per click advertising. Businesses buy advertising on specific search phrases, and are then charged each time a person clicks through to their website.</p>
<p>The ads are ranked based on how much a business is willing to pay to advertise on each search phrase. (The ranking order in Google is a combination of the bid amount and the popularity of the ad.) The two largest PPC advertising suppliers happen to be owned by Google and Yahoo. Google&#8217;s program is called Adwords. Yahoo&#8217;s program is run by an acquired company called Overture. You need to be a US resident for the Yahoo program.</p>
<p>For businesses that have had success with search engine optimisation, the idea of paying for visitors is not particularly enticing. However, if you can <a href="http://swotreviews.com/PPC">make more money off a visitor to your website </a>than it costs to get them there, why wouldn&#8217;t you pay for those visitors? The goal of any advertising campaign should be to bring in more money from the campaign than it costs to run it. PPC is no different, but the level of detail you can measure in PPC is significantly higher than most types of advertising.</p>

<p>          Contact a local dating agency. Offer them a substantial discount on tooth whitening, for the<br />
          week  before Valentine&#8217;s Day, for their members on their mailing list. It is an additional<br />
          benefit for their members, but can bring hundreds of clients through  your door in a short<br />
          period of time. Basically, you phone or write to the agency in your area. </p>
<p>          Tell them that you have a way to add value to their clients. You offer to do a special on<br />
          whitening, orthodontics, a cosmetic evaluation, or some other attractive offer for the clients.<br />
          The dating agency can send out their “Dentist&#8221;promotion with their monthly statements, in an<br />
          email, or dating service newsletter. </p>
<p>          Offering valuable savings to their service, clients distinguishes their service from  their<br />
          competitors. This can be an easy-to-do marketing campaign that can result in several hundred<br />
          new patients coming to your practice in the next few months.</p>
<p>         With the jeweller. The mark up on jewellery is at least 100% or more. If  you can get a<br />
          jeweller friend  to promise a 20% discount and a 50% share in profits, for anniversaries  and<br />
          periods like Christmas, when people  traditionally buy jewellery, this is the scenario:</p>
<p>          If you have a patient mailing list of 15,000 and you endorse this jeweller by informing your<br />
          list of this discount you have arranged in appreciation of their loyal support and allow them to<br />
          print a voucher or discount form on-line.  </p>
<p>          Normally  direct mailing lists convert by 1-2%. Endorsed lists at least<br />
          10-15%.Say,theoretically on 5% respond and buy jewellery worth £80 after the 20%<br />
          discount, you gain the following:  </p>
<p>                                                                  £100-20=£80<br />
                                                                  £30/2 profit x 750=£11,250 for one email!</p>
<p>          The jeweller gain increase in sales and gain new clients for his own list! Always be on the<br />
          lookout for opportunities to treat your mailing list! The jeweller can also endorse you for<br />
          cosmetic treatments.</p>
<p>The photographer scenario: This JV can give you a year&#8217;s constant flow of new patients as you are both in the business of creating smiles. Offer a free family portrait sitting for every patient that gets their teeth whitened. Find an open minded photographer that wants more clients or an amateur that can seize upon a quick few thousand pounds for two sittings of work.<br />
It may even launch the photographer&#8217;s career and if that&#8217;s the case, negotiate the photo costs as it is well known that people will buy more than the family portrait.</p>
<p>Send this promotion out early and allow your patients to tell or introduce a friend on this deal and remind them to arrange for appointments prior to the scheduled sitting, to have anything sorted out with their smile, that they dislike. Put a fixed value to this gift of a family portrait. Run a promotion on your whitening procedures during this time and introduce this service to your patients and their friends.</p>
<p>Arrange an area, preferably your office&#8217;s waiting room or go with the photographers&#8217; preferred environment. Two sessions will be enough to make numerous contacts with existing patients and prospective patients. There will be telephone contact, personal contact with reception and follow up contact when proofs or orders are ready. Remember to make this an annual event.</p>

<p>Joint venturing in dentistry has the immense potential of creating huge amounts of cash on demand, but is probably one of the most overlooked forms of marketing. The reason for the low percentage of joint ventures is probably the conservative environment in which dentists practice and not having the time and/or ability to think outside the box. It is an important internet marketing strategy that you should do as joint ventures are so important to your wealth and extremely profitable.</p>
<p>So what is a joint venture? Joint venturing = Use your imagination! A joint venture happens when two or more business owners decide to do something together that benefits all parties. It is an agreement in which two or more businesses work on a project for a set period of time. A joint venture can be long-term, like promoting a product together, or some can be short-term, like bartering (trading) products and services. Joint venture ideas are virtually endless.</p>
<p>The purpose is for each of the business owners to promote the others&#8217; wares. In other words, you tell your list about my stuff and I&#8217;ll tell mine about yours. A great potential joint venture partner is someone who already has an email list whom they&#8217;ve developed a relationship with and to whom they can and do make offers to periodically. A joint venture between business owners is a win-win proposition. Each business owner derives some benefit. Actually, a joint venture is a &#8216;win-win-win&#8217;because the clients or patients enjoy a substantial benefit as well.</p>
<p>So, besides the obvious benefit of helping each other build their email list of potential clients and customers, there&#8217;s also the added value you give to your own list by introducing them to something that can benefit them in addition to your own offerings.</p>

Doing joint ventures can increase your chances of beating your competition, increasing your sales and profits, saving time and money, getting valuable referrals, and increasing your market share. <p>It&#8217;s a way to build long-term business relationships that connect you to new associates and patients. It is always believed and probably a fact that more deals are clinched on the golf course than in a boardroom. Getting out and about can lead to vast referrals.</p>
<p>Networking through organizations where your niche market congregates is another great way to make contacts. You need to find out where people of related professions hang out. It may be restaurants, health clubs, sports centres and venues. If your target market hangs out at F1-racing, than you need to be there. Meet up with colleagues and socialize more, but stand out in a crowd. You need to distinguish yourself from the mainstream of thinking. Dentists need to be able to advertise themselves as well as their practice. Each dentist has marketability individually, even without a dental practice.</p>
<p>By being controversial you will get noticed earlier. It is much easier to be remembered for flamboyancy and creating a stir, than disappearing into a crowd. Soon you will get people noticing and talking about you. Always have striking business cards to hand out. This is a very fine line of marketing, but is part of branding.</p>
<p>It is all about making a statement, telling people what you have on offer and then stepping up to produce it! Keep your dental team up to date and ready. Expand your networking by sponsoring a niche fund-raising event to promote your business. </p>
<p>By letting people know that you have an expert dental team to back you up and that they are producing excellent dental services will lead to referrals. Monitor those referrals and nurture them. Let them really have a unique dental experience and you will be off to a flying start.</p>
<p>One of the best ways to grow your dental practice…or any business …is through referrals. Word-of-mouth referrals cost you nothing…yet referrals provide the best qualified new customers. Getting patients to refer has always been a challenge for most dental professionals. When patients do refer friends, neighbours, co-workers, or family members, a good referring patient may only refer two or three new patients in a one year period. </p>

<p>Clearly define the strengths and weaknesses in your practice and dental team. Then concentrate to improve the weaknesses and build further on the strengths. Look for opportunities to speak in public and use the expertise in your dental team to grab these opportunities and assert them and your practice as experts in those fields.</p>
<p>Not everybody loves public speaking, but it can be learned very easily. The main thing is to be very selective initially and start out small on an expert field you know. Being an expert your confidence will only grow! Practice makes perfect. </p>
<p>Adapt your speeches to the level of your audience and never be too technical unless needed. This is also a very good team building exercise and positive comments and support from the rest of the dental team will only improve this vital exercise.</p>
<p>Public speaking will increase the brand and visibility of your practice and team members and will give you free advertisement and comes in handy when you start networking.</p>
<p>You will be surprised how quickly invitations will be rolling in and how the press can pick up on this. Again, remember to build on your practice portfolio with new photos and acquired comments. This will just lead to more credibility and remember: &#8216;Success leaves traces&#8217;</p>

<p>Firstly, you need to pick the right functions or events that take place within the geographical catchment area of your practice. Check that local VIPs will be present and arrange your presence in their close vicinity. Ask to meet with them and have your photo taken with them when the local press is available. Remember to supply your details to the press. </p>
<p>Keep repeating above technique until people start associating you as the dentist that hangs out with celebrities and possibly treats them. So, people actually frame you with them and will rather prefer to be associated with you!</p>
<p>At the same time, you are accumulating an album of photos to use on your websites, reception area and promotional newsletters and you are having fun marketing. </p>
<p>If you already have celebrities as patients and they are happy, even better. Offer them discounted treatment or even free treatment in exchange of photos and testimonials. Explain to them that you will use them as role models for your patients. Place these photos and testimonials in strategic high visibility areas in you reception.</p>
<p>This is very powerful stuff and you need to have the courage to market this way, but it can be very rewarding on long term. The more you surround yourself with successful people, the greater your success.</p>

Like any other business you need sales to become profitable and in the dental profession sales equals case acceptances. To attract these clients you need to have the right tools. <p>Branding is very important, because patients need to pick up the connection between your practice, logos, services and sites. This way it enhances the name of your business and stick in the top of the mind of your set target market. Therefore it’s important to decide on a theme and colour as soon as possible and you will start building your reputation.</p>
<p>Previously dental practices have produced patient information leaflets primarily to meet regulatory requirements in written form for the lowest cost. As the market has changed and private practices experience more competition, the focus of these leaflets has changed to portraying the right image that you want your practice to have.</p>
<p>You need to be focussed and show what you stand for and what you want to offer your clients. Clients are willing to pay more for brand products and services, because the perceived value and quality of brand products are always higher.</p>
<p>Branding gives buyers confidence and the psychological benefits such as a feeling of affluence and a feeling of being special or beautiful. If you can create the right brand, people will be willing to pay more, because you make their decisions easier. Be aware not to be branded with dental emergencies, abscesses and tooth ache.</p>
<p>It is always good to use a collection of logos, very closely related to improvement in health and lifestyle, due to dental treatment carried out by your practice. Keep repeating these logos on cards, newsletters, emails, direct mail, staff clothing, advertisements and web sites.</p>
<p>Your chosen brand needs to be expressed in a few words or phrases to show your quality and values and can be part of your logo. Your brand identity will help patients understand who you are and what they can expect from you.</p>
